Aqueous solution that can be mixed with any compact or roll-on shade to fix it or create a color liner eye that we want.
1. Humidize the brush with a drop of Magic Liner. If necessary remove excess moisture with a kleenex.
2. If you use a shadow in roll-on, first place the shadow in your hand.
3. Mix the shadow with the Magic Liner to create your liner eye.
