Shipping your order

As a general rule, orders are delivered within 1-4 business days after receipt of payment and order management. Your order will be delivered by the courier company selected by the customer or, failing that, by EdenSHOP at your home or at a collection point. If delivery cannot be made, the package will be collected at the offices of the company in charge of the Service.

In certain occasions and under certain circumstances, appreciated by EdenSHOP, the order will be picked up directly at the offices of the courier company.

1. The territorial scope of sales through EdenShop includes, as a general rule, the European Union, deciding Edenshop to which areas or countries shipments can be made, either inside or outside the European Union.

two. Shipping costs: The valid shipping costs will be those published on the web at any time unless there is an involuntary error in pricing.

Edenshop will freely determine which orders have shipping costs and which do not.

3. EdenSHOP undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition at the address indicated by the user on the order form, and which in any case must be within the territory indicated above. In order to optimize deliveries, we recommend the user to indicate an address in which the order can be delivered during normal business hours.

4. EdenSHOP will not be liable for errors caused in the delivery when the shipping address entered by the user in the order form does not conform to reality or has been omitted.

5. The maximum delivery period set by EdenSHOP will be 10 business days from which it will be possible to claim the return of the purchase amount.

If for any reason there is a delay in delivery, EdenSHOP will inform its customers via email or means it deems appropriate, as soon as it becomes aware of it.

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the user, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company to record the delivery of the goods.

In the case of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to EdenSHOP, and greater than 10 days, the user may cancel his order in accordance with the procedure described in the "Returns" section, as if a Defective order will be treated, that is, without assuming shipping and return costs.

Delivery cases will not be considered those cases in which the order has been made available to the user by the transport company den within the agreed term and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the user.

6. If at the time of delivery the user is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.

7. If 10 days after delivery of the order had not been delivered, the user must contact EdenSHOP. In the event that the user does not proceed like this, after 10 business days from the delivery of the order, it will be returned to the EdenSHOP warehouses, and the user must bear the cost of return to the origin of the merchandise.

8. If delivery has not been possible due to loss of the package, EdenSHOP will contact the user to decide if he cancels the order and is paid the satisfied amount (cost of the products and shipping costs), or if resends a new order at no additional cost.

9. At the time of delivery, the user must check the good condition of the package before the transport company that, on behalf of EdenSHOP, delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging. Any subsequent breakage or breakdown will prevent its return and will be covered, if applicable, by the product warranty.

10. The user can track their order through the "My Account" section.
