Return and Withdrawal Conditions

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

1. Withdrawal

- The user may withdraw from the contract for sale without penalty and without indication of the reasons within a period of 14 days from the day of receipt of Products purchased by contacting the Eden Shop customer service department at info@edenshop.com .

- This right will not be applicable, in any case, for personal hygiene or personal hygiene products. The return of products such as hair treatments such as shampoos, masks, ... of hair clippers, shavers, or any other that in normal use comes into contact with the user's skin is not allowed.

2. Return expenses

- The return costs of the return are borne by the user, except in the case of defective, incorrect or erroneous products, in which both the return shipment and the replacement shipment will be borne by Eden Shop.

- For the return of a product to be accepted the product must be sent properly protected, in its original packaging, keeping its labeling, in perfect condition and with all the accessories that it includes, for possible subsequent sale.

-The withdrawal is not applicable in cases of breakdowns or breakages or when the warranty can be used.

3. Product price refund.

- The refund of the price of the product will be made to the user by the same means of payment used in the payment of the product and within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of it by Eden Shop. If the payment had been made Cash on delivery will be made in the bank account indicated by the client.

- If the return was not accepted due to lack of conformity with the conditions indicated above, the user will not be entitled to receive the refund of the amounts corresponding to the products returned but if the non-conforming products are returned, assuming shipping costs himself.

4. Return Management
