Applicable Conditions of Sale

1. WHO SELLS

Edenshop, on behalf of LCR Beauty SL, company registered in the Mercantile Registry of Malaga, in Volume 5972, Folio 130, Inscription 1, Sheet MA-157360, with address at C / Gerald Brenan 1, 29004 Málaga, with CIF / VAT B01930494.

The commercial relationship between Edenshop and the customer will be governed only by the general conditions indicated herein, in their original version and those published at the time the order is placed.

The purchase through this website is reserved to users called end consumers who are natural persons of legal age and who do not act in the exercise of any type of commercial, business or professional activity.

Edenshop reserves the right not to meet orders made by users who differ from the final consumer rating described above.

Edenshop only sells the products collected on this website, as a general rule, in countries in Europe, being able to make sales in any country in the world provided that the correct delivery of the shipment and the payment of the same is ensured.

Edenshop may restrict the service in certain countries, territories, islands, and any freely appreciated area taking into account the difficulty of delivery of the order, cost, currency and/or any other circumstance that Edenshop considers decisive and precludes the provision of a correct service.

When there are customs costs, any tax and / or expenses other than those reflected in the invoice will be borne by the buyer.

2. DELIVERY AREAS

Edenshop sells and ships to the European Union and other countries freely selected by the company. Certain countries, areas or territories, insular or non-insular, in which the shipping costs are higher than the general rates of the couriers may be excluded.

3. PRODUCTS FOR SALE

Edenshop is for sale only totally original products of the Trademarks indicated with the legal guarantees.

Each product is accompanied by a detailed description of its main characteristics. Although Edenshop takes the utmost care in the reproduction of its products, the images and colors of the products offered for sale may, on occasion, not faithfully reflect reality, due to the specific characteristics of the Internet browser, the screen used by the user or by editing error.

4. PRICE OF PRODUCTS FOR SALE

The prices of the products for sale are determined in euros and include the corresponding VAT. To these prices must be added, in any case the relevant shipping costs, which will be communicated to the User before formalizing the order, and must be expressly accepted by the latter when confirming the acquisition, and may vary depending on the location of delivery.

The prices may be updated at any time by Edenshop, however, the prices applicable to each order will be those in force at the time the user confirms the purchase of the products purchased, except that it is due to a typographical error. In such a case, Edenshop may cancel the order if it deems it appropriate.

Shipments made outside the European Union are excluded from VAT. Any expenses incurred in these shipments such as customs or courier charges at destination, must be paid by the customer.

All promotions are valid for a certain time or while stocks last and appear on the purchase invoice.

5. FORMALIZATION OF THE ORDER OF THE PRODUCTS BY THE USER

In order to conclude the purchase of the products, the user must follow the steps established in the purchase process; provide the data requested for this purpose; expressly accept these conditions of sale at the time of proceeding to the formalization of the same by confirming the order and proceed to the full payment of the same at the same time of confirmation.

This data will be incorporated into a file called WEB CONTACTS. owned by Edenshop and will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy expressed on this website.

The contract of sale will be considered formalized and perfected at the time of the effective receipt of the payment of the full price by Edenshop.

Edenshop may not process orders when they are incorrect, incomplete, payment has not been received within 48 hours of placing the order, in case of unavailability of one or more products. The user will be informed by e-mail or by telephone of the non-processing of his order and of the reasons for the non-processing.

Once the order has been formalized and paid in full, the user will receive, within 24 hours, by email an order confirmation detailing the order number, the products purchased and their prices, the shipping costs, the chosen payment method, the shipping address and the other contractual data of the transaction.

The user may cancel his order only before the goods have left Edenshop's warehouses.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

Edenshop accepts the following payment methods:

- Bank Transfer

- Credit card VISA and MASTERCARD.

- Paypal.

- Against refund up to an amount not exceeding 1000 euros per order.

These forms of payment may be limited for certain areas. For the Canary Islands, the prior payment of the shipment will be mandatory.

7. DELIVERY OF ORDERS

The maximum delivery time is 10 working days. Edenshop will deliver the products to the address that the user indicates in the order form, and that in any case must be included within the territory indicated in clause 2 of these conditions of sale.

Edenshop will send an e-mail or text message to the user communicating the departure of the order from the warehouse, the shipping number and the customer service number of the transport company.

The delivery will be understood as made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the user and he signs the receipt of the goods.

If the package could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the user within the period of 10 working days following the departure to delivery of the package, it will be returned to Edenshop at the expense of the user the shipping costs and return to the origin of the merchandise, as well as the possible associated management costs.

These deadlines will not be taken into account in peripheral territories and where the consignment has to be inspected by a customs office.

8. PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products purchased on this website are covered by official factory warranties. the period of validity of the warranty will be that indicated by the manufacturer, this being, as a general rule, 2 years, from the date of receipt. This warranty shall be applicable against any defect or hidden defect that makes them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use. In case of making use of this warranty, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly.

The warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or improper handling.

The products purchased whose destination is their professional use in hairdressing, aesthetic or any other analogous centers will have a one-year warranty and the buyer will be obliged to communicate it at the time of purchase, losing any right in case of failure to do so.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The General Conditions of Sale herein are subject to Spanish legislation. In the event of a dispute over the interpretation, execution or validity of these general conditions of sale, the courts of Málaga Capital shall have jurisdiction.
