1. Delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on the location, area and/or country. It also influences whether the shipment must pass any customs. As a general rule, shipments have the following delivery times:

• Peninsular Spain: 24/72 hours
• Portugal: 24/72 hours
• Balearic Islands: 72 hours
• Canaries: 3 to 5 days
• Germany: 2 to 5 days
• Belgium: 2 to 5 days
• United States: 2 to 6 days
• France: 2 to 5 days
• Italy: 2 to 5 days
• United Kingdom: 3 to 5 days

2. Shipping costs

The shipping costs are those that appear on the payment page. Each country/area may have different shipping costs. These expenses depend on the chosen courier. As a general rule, in mainland Spain shipping is free from €25 of purchase. In Portugal from €29, Germany and France from €39.

3. Discount coupons

We always have some active promotion. In each purchase we send discount codes for subsequent purchases. Also, when you subscribe to our newsletter, we send a discount code.

4. Product warranty

All our products have the legal guarantee of the manufacturers. Some brands cover the guarantee directly and for others we do it on your behalf.

5. How to make a return

In our contact form you will find a returns section. Simply fill in the information we ask for and we will tell you how to proceed. Please note that certain products such as hair clippers and scissors cannot be returned for health reasons. In the case of consumable products (shampoos, creams,...) it is also not allowed if they are used. Another thing is that they are defective, in which case we replace it with another product at no cost to the customer.

6. Where our products come from

All our products come directly from the manufacturers or their official authorized distributors. We do not have any product that is acquired outside the legal market authorized by the brands.

8. Customs

In the event that a shipment has to go through the Customs of the country or delivery area, the fees and other expenses generated must be borne by the buyer.
